An ecological yoga mat is besides environmentally friendly also recyclable. There are different types of eco yoga mats. The eco yoga mats in our range are made from sheep wool, lambswool, TPE, natural rubber, cork, grass and cotton.
The natural rubber yoga mats are responsibly harvested tree rubber, these mats give a good grip and are slightly heavier and firmer than other mats.

Yoga mats by TPE, an eco certified biodegradable material that gives a very good grip, is extra smooth and remarkably light in weight.
Yoga mat sheep wool
Sheep wool yoga mats are soft, provide a warm surface and are used in Kundalini yoga and mild yoga forms. The soft wool feels pleasant. Not only during the yoga exercises themselves, but also during meditation or other moments of relaxation before and after yoga. Moreover, a sheep wool yoga mat ensures that you do not suffer from a cold surface.
Yoga mat cotton
With a cotton yoga mat you practice yoga in the traditional Indian way. Cotton mats are completely environmentally friendly and contain natural fibers. These cotton yoga mats are often combined with a TPE or PVC yoga mat, this to prevent slipping. Perfect for Ashtanga, Hot Yoga and Bikram Yoga, the cotton yoga mat is moisture absorbing and therefore easier to use.
