Basically, the mats are not washable. We recommend regular airing and beating, if necessary also vacuuming. Cold hand washing with a little washing powder and without fabric softener is possible. Then dry gently (do not use in the blazing sun or directly on the radiator or underfloor heating, otherwise the underside will dry out). Do not spin dry or put in the dryer!
Beautiful mat: warm, soft, comfortable with beautiful finished edge and bottom layer that isolates from cold floors and avoids slipping. Perfect for yoga and other workshops that keep you sitting/lying on the floor! Expensive but worth the buy!

High quality! But too big to carry around for me.

This mat seems very good and of high quality, but for me it was too wide with 1 meter and too heavy for me to carry around. Returned it to order a smaller one that will fit better into my small flat. Might suit very good for those who have more space at home than I have.
