ECO Yana yoga bolster - Yogitri

The ECO Yana yoga bolster from our own brand Yogitri is the smaller version of the Ekagrata studio yoga bolster. At 62 cm long, the Yana bolster is slightly shorter. Filled with spelt, it provides good support for asana practice, relaxation and promoting deep breathing. High-quality organic and personally filled by us with spelt from Germany - Europe. The word Yana means vehicle or system for acquiring knowledge in Sanskrit.

Ergonomic design
Yogitri's organic yoga bolster is designed with both comfort and durability in mind. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, it offers optimal support for yoga and meditation postures, allowing the body to relax and align without unnecessary tension. The natural spelt husk filling subtly adapts to the body's shape, relieving pressure on the back, hips and knees.

Yogitri consciously chooses sustainable, natural materials. The inner and outer covers of the yoga bolster are made from organic cotton. This has a fine texture that feels pleasant against the skin. The inner cover is filled with spelt, a natural material that provides a firm, adaptable filling that offers good support during the practice of asanas. 

Removable cover 
Hygiene and sustainability go hand in hand. The outer cover is easily removable and washable.
