Soft yet sturdy yoga bolster, made from 100% pure merino wool and filled with German spelt chaff. A Fine Bolster, specially developed for longer yoga sessions and retreats. Also suitable for gentler forms of yoga such as yoga nidra, restorative yoga and pregnancy yoga. Can be combined with our merino wool cushions, yoga mats and eye cushions. 

Features of the merino wool bolster:

• High-quality merino wool - soft on the skin and thermo-regulating.
• Consists of a wool outer cover and a cotton inner cover
• Filling: spelt chaff from Germany, which adapts perfectly to the body
• Dimensions: ±20/23 ∅ cm, 60/62 cm long 
• 450 grams of wool per /m²
• Equipped with a discreet handle and a zip for refilling the filling.
• Fully biodegradable materials, handmade and filled with love and care.
• The insulating properties of merino wool, in combination with a yoga mat, keep you cosy and warm on colder floors.

Care and washing instructions 

We recommend airing the item outside frequently and avoiding direct sunlight. Wash on wool setting in 30°C warm water with liquid wool detergent. Do not iron.
Only tumble dry if the tumble dryer has a special wool drying setting.
