With a length of 75 cm, this cushion is ideal for lying on with your entire spine and provides good support for various asana exercises. A good companion for restorative yoga, Iyengar yoga, general relaxation and promoting deep breathing. The hand-sewn bolster has a firm grip with beautiful embroidery from our own brand, Yogitri.
