This cork yoga mat from Bodhi is the ideal mat for intensive yoga practice. It is particularly well-suited to yoga styles that make you work up a bit of a sweat, such as Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga or Power Yoga. Whilst other yoga mats become slippery when your hands or feet get sweaty, the cork yoga mat offers you extra grip when it’s damp.
The top of the yoga mat is made from natural, soft cork, which not only feels pleasant to the touch but also has antibacterial, dirt-repellent and odour-resistant properties. The underside of the cork yoga mat is made from non-slip natural rubber that keeps the mat securely in place. The cork yoga mat is PVC-free.

Cork yoga mats are naturally self-cleaning. Cork cells are self-contained, so dust, sweat and dirt cannot penetrate them. This makes the mat particularly easy to maintain: to clean it, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth.
When rolling it up, always ensure that the cork side is facing outwards. You must not kink or fold the cork mat, to prevent the cork from breaking or coming loose.
