The rug is able to absorb a large amount of moisture, even in hot and sweaty conditions it offers good traction, excellent for Asthanga or Hot Yoga. The yoga rug is best used by laying it on top of a light yoga mat (e.g. Kailash 3mm) for traction.This keeps the rug from slipping and at the same time, offers a super-absorbent surface.
