Yoga Blanket Asana

Yoga blanket Asana

The Asana Blanket by bodhi supports you throughout your yoga practice, from poses that need extra support to soothing final relaxation. Its soft, cosy fleece keeps you comfortably warm during Shavasana. With generous dimensions of 150 x 200 cm, it gives you plenty of room to wrap yourself up and unwind.

This yoga blanket also makes a versatile prop. Rolled up, it can be used like a yoga bolster to help open your chest. Folded, it provides a comfortable seat for meditation or supports your hip in Pigeon Pose, Eka Pada Rajakapotasana. Spread over your yoga mat, it adds a warm layer that protects you from cold floors during Yin Yoga and other gentle yoga styles.

Lightweight and affordable, this fleece blanket features an anti-pilling finish that helps it stay looking good over time. Subtle lotus embroidery completes the design, making the Asana Blanket a practical and attractive companion for your yoga practice, at home or on the go.
