The dry massage type Garshan with a silk glove is seen as important for encouraging and improving the blood flow in the tissue in Ayurveda. In particular, for the removal of ama (wastes) or Kapha-reduction and weight loss. The blood circulation is activated and dead skin cells will be removed.

Garshan gloves are made of unbleached, natural silk and are therefore suitable for people with allergies. The Tsejiang silk is produces under very milk conditions. The silkworms are not slain with sodium hydroxide as usual, but separately in hot water from the Seidencocon while they remain alive. The gloves are washable.
