How can I win a shop credit?
You can win € 50 shopping credit by reviewing the product you purchased. You can find the link (s) in the e-mail that you received from us.
How do I know if I have won € 50 shop credit?
Every month the winner will be announced at the bottom of this page. The first announcement is on 1 October 2018. The winner will receive a separate e-mail from us.
Party! You have won € 50 shopping credit from Yogitri. With your shop credit you can shop in our online store. But how do you use this shop credit? We are happy to explain that to you step-by-step.
Go to Yogitri.com. Choose the product you want to order and add it to "Add to Basket". You will then automatically be redirected to the "Shopping Basket" page. If you want to continue shopping click on "Continue Shopping".
Once you have made your choice, click on "Proceed to Checkout" at the "Shopping Basket" page, and you will automatically be redirected to the "Checkout" page.
On the "Checkout" page, fill in the "Billing Information". Under "Payment Information", click on the "Pay upfront" option. At the bottom "Order Review" you see the window "Your Comments", here you indicate that you want to pay with your € 50 shop credit. If your order amount exceeds the shop credit, this will be settled via the invoice that you receive by e-mail. After you agree with our Terms and Conditions, click on "Place Order".

Can I use my credit in parts?
You can not use your shop credit in parts, you must spend the credit at once. Remaining amounts are canceled. Therefore, choose one or more products to fully utilize your credit.
Can my shop credit be used for the entire range?
Whether it is a meditation cushion, yoga bolster, yoga mat, yoga pants or Ayurvedic massage oil, you can use the shop credit for everything in our webshop.
Can I use my shop credit on an earlier order?
The shop credit can not be used for already placed, and paid orders.
Shoptegoed including shipping costs
The shop credit of € 50 includes shipping costs. If you place an order with your shop credit then you pay for the product, and the shipping costs.
Your shop credit is valid indefinitely
There is no end date. You can use your shop credit whenever you want.
We usually deliver the next day
We deliver orders within 1 or 2 days. You will receive an email from us if your package is in transit.
Follow your package
Once we have sent your package, you will receive an e-mail from us with a Track & Trace code. Very useful if you want to follow your order closely.
You can exchange or return within 30 days
Not happy with your purchase? Can happen. You can simply exchange or return it. Please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your product, and we will arrange it for you. Return costs are for the sender.
We replace a damaged product
Of course you get a new product from us if it is not delivered to you in optimal condition. In this case contact our Customer Care team.
The shop credit is valid once, and can only be used in combination with an order at Yogitri. The shop credit will be automatically deducted on the invoice if it is indicated on the "Checkout page" in the "Your message to us" when ordering. In case of partial or complete return of products, the shop credit will be settled. A cash refund is not possible.
