Yoga bolsters

Yoga bolsters are used as tool for practicing asanas and provides support where needed. For example for back exercises, stretching and for supporting the legs in meditation techniques. But the bolsters also enhance relaxation and a deep breath.

Yoga bolster opens the heart area

The spine and lower back will be strengthened when the bolster is places underneath the lower back. When the bolster is beneath the chest area, the heart area will be opened. And finally, when lying down with your belly on the yoga bolster, the back will be stretched.
