Before returning your parcel, always contact our customer service to make arrangements.
Returns without pre-going contact will not be processed.

You can return your product if it meets the following requirements:

• The product is in new condition
• The product is provided with the original and undamaged packing
• The product is provided with the original and undamaged labels
• Clothing may not be worn, fitting is allowed
• The product may not show any signs of damage or malfunctions other than found in the box.

Once your return request has been approved by Yogitri, you will be notified by e-mail.
The return costs are for the sender to pay.
